General Dentistry
General dentistry focuses on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of common oral health issues affecting teeth, gums, and supporting structures. It includes routine care such as exams, cleanings, fillings, and basic restorative procedures to maintain overall dental health.

Do have a chip in your tooth? Is your tooth the wrong color? Dental bonding is a simple, conservative way to improve the appearance of your smile. During the bonding process, our skilled dentist and team place a composite resin material directly onto the tooth structure. The composite resin is then hardened, trimmed and polished to provide a lasting, aesthetic restoration for your smile.

A dental crown, or cap, is a restoration that can be used for a number of purposes. One of the most common uses of a dental crown is to restore a tooth that is significantly damaged or decayed. The crown is custom made to fit over the entire tooth, starting at the gumline, in order to restore the tooth to its original shape and size.

A cavity, or area of tooth decay can create big probelms for the health of your smile. Instead of using metal or amalgam fillings that can be expensive and may contain harmful materials, Dr. Moore will use composite or white dental fillings to repair your smiles. We have chosen to use composite filling materials in order to provide you with a more natural-looking result and to promote better long-term oral health.

A root canal is often recommended if the tooth pulp and nerves become infected or damaged. When left untreated, this type of infection and disease may cause the tooth to die and necessitate tooth extraction. To restore the health of the tooth and avoid the need for extraction, Dr. Moore will remove the infected and injured tissues from within the tooth, clean the tooth, and fill it with a medicated material. We will then cap the tooth with a dental crown to return it to its original shape and structure.

If you are missing a single tooth or multiple teeth in a row, we may recommend a dental bridge to restore your smile. A bridge is a fixed dental restoration, meaning it is nonremovable. The dental bridge is anchored in place through the use of two dental crowns, which are custom made to fit your smile and are placed on the teeth or dental implants next to the space left by the missing tooth. These crowns hold the artificial tooth in place to restore your smile, ensuring that your restoration will not easily shift or come loose.

Dentures are removable oral appliances used to replace multiple missing teeth. Dr. Moore may recommend complete or partial dentures to restore your smile if you are missing multiple teeth. Dentures can improve your ability to properly speak and eat, restore your natural facial volume, and enhance the overall beauty of your smile. Your dentures will be custom made to fit your smile comfortably, aesthetically and securely.
Cosmetic Dentistry
Cosmetic dentistry is primarily concerned with improving the appearance of a person’s teeth, smile, and overall aesthetic. It includes procedures like teeth whitening, veneers, bonding, and smile makeovers, often with optional or elective goals rather than strictly medical necessity.
